Te Kowhai Airpark has designated greenspaces including planted stormwater retention areas which support biodiversity and enhance the local ecosystem.
Yes there is a commercial area proposed for Te Kowhai Airpark as one of the future stages. This commercial precinct allows for on-site Aircraft maintenance facilities and other aviation related businesses.
Absolutely.
Yes, Te Kowhai Airpark is open to all prospective purchasers, but primarily caters to aviation enthusiasts, whether they are pilots or not.
At present we have: An Arrivals and Departure lounge, A flight training room, a large event hangar, Hangar B (our social hangar), toilet facilities, outdoor tables and chairs, and BP Fuel. These amenities will be developed further and owned by the Owner’s Association so they are available for use by Owners and the community.
The airpark is being released in stages. Stage 1 first, followed by Stage 2. Further stages will be released based on demand. I.e. if demand is there for smaller sections, then we may priorities the release of a higher-density stage.
Prime Stage 1 sections can be secured now with a $10,000 deposit held in our solicitors trust account.
The Airpark Design Guide and building covenants are available for review now.
